With more than a decade of experience in the financial industry, he joined The Norton Group (TNG) – Raymond James in 2022 as an Investment Adviser Representative. He holds Series 7, Series 66, and life and health insurance licenses.
In addition to his advisory practice, Jaison is an active real estate investor, owning several long-term and short-term rental properties. He leverages this expertise to deliver comprehensive financial planning services to clients across the United States.
Jaison values clients with whom he can forge strong, collaborative relationships focused on shared long-term objectives. He believes a client’s attitude, purpose, and vision are far more important than the size of their investment.
His academic background includes a Bachelor of Science degree from Portland State University (2005) and an MBA with honors from Strayer University (2008). Jaison has demonstrated strong community leadership, serving as President of the Visalia Business Exchange from 2021 to 2023—a professional organization committed to networking, community involvement, and upholding the highest standards of competence and service. In 2025, he joined the Board of Directors for Habitat for Humanity of Tulare and Kings Counties; in 2026, he was elected Board Chair. This organization builds affordable homes for families in need and provides critical home repairs.
Passionate about supporting those in need, Jaison has spearheaded and contributed to numerous humanitarian initiatives worldwide. Through Kiva, he currently supports over 836 microloans across 69 countries and ranks among the top 1% of lenders globally. He has also provided meaningful assistance to families in Cuba, Ukraine, and Venezuela.
Jaison resides in Three Rivers, California, with his wife of 20 years and their five children. An adventurous spirit, he enjoys family activities and traveling the world together.
