Jaison Norton is a financial advisor focused on building lasting relationships and helping clients make informed decisions about the wealth they have worked hard to create. With more than a decade of financial-industry experience, he joined The Norton Group of Raymond James in 2022. He holds the Series 7 and Series 66 registrations as well as life and health insurance licenses.
Jaison works with business owners, professionals, families, and retirees across the United States by Zoom, phone, and in person. His approach is practical and personal: understand the full picture, explain the choices clearly, identify what needs attention, and coordinate a strategy around each client’s goals.
Jaison earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Portland State University in 2005 and an MBA with honors from Strayer University in 2008. He is also an active real-estate investor with experience in long- and short-term rental properties, giving him firsthand perspective on ownership, cash flow, risk, and long-range planning.
His community leadership includes serving as President of the Visalia Business Exchange from 2021 through 2023 and joining the board of Habitat for Humanity of Tulare and Kings Counties in 2025, where he was elected Board Chair in 2026. He also supports global microfinance and humanitarian efforts, including more than 800 loans through Kiva across dozens of countries and direct assistance to families affected by hardship abroad.
